The Book Nook welcomes donations of all books, except, please, no textbooks, magazines (other than National Geographic), encyclopedias, dictionaries, Reader's Digest Books and books that are soiled or are in poor condition.
If you wish to donate books, bring them to the Book Nook during operating hours, or
contact Adele Carney at 650.593.5650.
Volunteering at the Book Nook
Volunteering at the Book Nook is a pleasant experience for many. Its setting in a grove
of trees on the banks of the Belmont Creek gives one a chance to enjoy the outdoors, make
new acquaintances, and engage in relaxed conversation with customers and friends.
We need volunteers for 2 hour sessions during sale hours.
If you are interested, please contact us at jpeceimer@yahoo.com.
